A long time ago did a few kitchen shifts with a chef called Ryan Cliff at Vue de Monde in Carlton. After following his recent success in Molecular cooking, the team at G’Day Chef decided to make the trip to Singapore and experience his Restaurant “The Tippling Club” for ourselves. our visit from Melbourne to Singapore was purely to his restaurant.
Our team made our way to the bar for what led to be a 3 hour feast of 23 multiple small, interesting molecular dishes all paired with wines, cocktail and liqueurs.
All the food was well balanced and the level of service complimented the whole dining experience. We will re-visit the Tippling Club when in Singapore next!
