1.Gather all the ingredients.
The ingredients you will need for this recipe are: 2 ounces blue cheese (crumbled) Olive oil (1 tbsp.) White wine (1 oz.) Chopped shallots (3 tbsp.) A pinch of salt tbsp. black pepper ( fresh and cracked) sour cream (1/2 cup) Worcestershire sauce (1 tea spoon) Blue cheese melts easily so it’s important to have all the ingredients within reach. 2.Saut the shallots.
For this recipe, you will use a small saucepan. Place the pan on a stove top (medium heat) and then add the olive oil. Once the oil is warm, put in that shallots and stir. Saut until they are fully cooked and softened. You could also substitute the olive oil for butter.
