  • ¾ cup of refined brown rice flour and ½  cup of sorghum flour.
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour.
  • One teaspoon of xanthan gum.
  • One teaspoon of baking soda.
  • One tablespoon of vanilla extract.
  • 1½ tablespoon of distilled white vinegar.
  • A half cup of vegetable oil.
  • 2 ½ cups of red food coloring or beetroot for natural colors.
  • A half tablespoon of salt.
  • One spoon of white vinegar.
  • Four eggs at room temperature.
  • One tablespoon of cocoa powder.
  • 1 ½ cup of buttermilk.
  • 1 ½ cup of granulated sugar.

Ingredients for cream cheese frosting

  • 1 ½ cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened.
  • One cup of cheese (brick).
  • 3 cups of icing sugar.
  • One teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • One teaspoon lemon juice (optional).

Methods of preparing the gluten-free red velvet cake:

  1. Firsts step is to preheat the oven to around 350°F (177°C) and take two medium-sized pans.
