Bolognaise Sauce Recipe

My Meat Sauce
  • 500g Quality Beef minced
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • ½ b parsley
  • 100ml Olive Oil
  • 375g Tomato Paste
  • 500ml Water
  1. Chop garlic and parsley together until minced
  2. fry onion gently in oil until soft add meat, turn up the heat and cook well
  3. Add parsley and garlic, pepper and tomato paste, fry well but be careful not to brown
  4. Add 500ml water and salt to taste, bring to the boil then simmer for 2 hours
